Our Team

Jim Coleman


Jim Coleman joined the executive management team at Paige in 2016 with over 40 years of experience and serves as the CEO for Paige DataCom Solutions and our parent company Paige Electric. Jim’s professional experience began with Coleman Cable Systems transforming the surplus wire distribution company into a manufacturer of a variety of products remaining as the CEO after its sale. In 1996, he founded Genesis Cable Systems, a manufacturer of security, fire, video, sound, voice and data cable. Jim’s tenure as CEO continued until Genesis sold to Honeywell in 2004 where he joined to serve as the global head of business development. He later cofounded Generation 3 Capital, a private equity firm focused on security, IT and life safety industries leading the acquisition and sale of various portfolio companies. Today, Jim serves on the board of directors for Paige Electric, Fluidmesh Networks, and the Children’s Brittle Bone Foundation.

David Coleman

SVP Business Development

David Coleman joined the Paige team in 2016 as the Senior Vice President, Business Development for Paige DataCom Solutions and our parent company Paige Electric. David brings to Paige over 15 years of management experience beginning with his career at Genesis Cable Systems. After the sale of Genesis to Honeywell, David continued with Honeywell International in their sales and marketing department, later leading them into new channels and markets as the Director of Custom Electronics. Upon leaving Honeywell, he cofounded Generation 3 Capital. The private equity firm is focused on security, IT and life safety industries. He worked directly with their portfolio companies leading sales, marketing and product development efforts. He is currently on the board of directors for Fluidmesh Networks and the Children’s Brittle Bone Foundation.

Andy Pluister

VP of Engineering

Andy Pluister joined Paige Electric as Vice President of Engineering in 2017. Andy brings 25 years of experience in datacom and low voltage wiring. Andy has worked for major manufacturers in the industry in various roles in R&D, operations and marketing. He has been instrumental in the development of numerous industry leading products and brings with him his passion for innovation. Andy champions various industry standards organizations including UL, NEMA, TIA, ICEA and IEEE. He speaks at industry events and holds both product and equipment patents.

Tony Campbell

Director, Global Sales

Tony Campbell joins Paige with over 25 years of solution selling. Tony works for Paige Datacom Solutions as the Director of Global Sales. Tony’s experience is well rounded in healthcare, government, education, finance, research, datacenters, and intelligent buildings. Over his career, he has been instrumental in writing specifications, managing supply chain logistics, and business advocacy to his business partners and customers. Tony participates in AFCOM, 7x24 Exchange, BICSI, LPRC, and expanding organization participation. Tony is a dedicated customer advocate committed to helping his customers and partners achieve and exceed their targets and goals.

Frank Conaty

VP, Sales Enablement

Frank Conaty joined Paige Electric as a sales executive in 1995 after several years in successful entrepreneurial restaurant endeavors. Frank works at Paige DataCom Solutions and Paige Low Voltage as the VP, Sales Enablement and is currently a partner in our parent company Paige Electric. Prior to this position, Frank served as the VP, Operations for the Paige Low Voltage Division, a promotion from his initial sales roll. Frank has extensive experience in the wire, cable and fiber optic industries and is responsible for several of Paige’s product designs. Frank has served in working groups on the Loss Prevention Research Council and is a member of NFPA, 7x24Exchange and AFCOM.
